Spring Break April 2-6, 2018 Hunter Hills students earned the gold medal during the Hunter Hills Elementary Reading Olympics Colony Elementary students in Mrs. Alsip's class are 100 days smarter We Love Laurel County Schools Congratulations to the the NLMS Academic Team for winning the Region 17 Governor's Cup.  The team will compete in state competition in March. Sublimity students displayed their creativity celebrating being in school 100 days Keavy Elementary students celebrated going to school 100 days! Students at London Elementary celebrated being in school 100 days! Congratulations to the South Laurel High School Academic Team finishing with a #1 overall score at the District Governor's Cup.   The team also finished in the top 5 in Written Assessment qualifying for Governor's Cup Region 12 Competition. Read with your child for 20 minutes everyday SLHS senior Ashley Bennett is focused as she puts the final touches on her painting for her Visual Arts class Congratulations to North Laurel High School Academic Team for winning first place in Quick Recall at the District Governor’s Cup Congratulations to the the SLMS Academic Team for winning the District 65 Governor's Cup Championship. Congratulations to the 2018 Spelling Bee winners:  3rd place-  Jacob Culler, Wyan Pine Grove Elementary, 2nd place- Rylee Gray, Hunter Hills Elementary, and 1st place-  Madison Tarvin, East Bernstadt Independent Middle School Dr. Doug Bennett, Superintendent of Laurel County Schools recognized board members for their service during the 1-21-2018 BOE meeting Industrial Maintenance Technology (IMT) students Dillan Gambrel, Chase Bowling, Chris Foley, and Chris Allen at the Laurel County Schools Center for Innovation (CFI) Wyan Pine Grove students are ready for Christmas break!
