Teaching of band and general music classes grades 9-12, including marching, pep, concert bands, and small instrumental ensembles such as saxophone quartet and brass quintet. Ensembles have consistently achieved distinguished ratings at state sponsored events.
1998-present Director of Music, Laurel River Missionary Baptist Church
Selection of and direction of music for all worship services. Direct youth and adult vocal ensembles. Schedule groups for special services and assist the Pastor with various activities as needed.
1994-2003 Adjunct Professor of Woodwinds and Jazz Studies, Union College
Teaching of applied and class woodwinds. Assist students in improving their musicianship. Monitoring of constant progress toward mastery of standard musical literature and performing techniques. Ensure that students acquire the necessary knowledge and skill for the teaching of woodwind instruments. Other courses include Jazz Ensemble, Music History, Music Theory, and General Music for Teachers.

Teaching of general music to grades K-12, support of regular classroom teachers in the area of music, support of middle and high school instrumental programs, and the development/implementation of county wide music curriculum. I have held positions at five of Laurel Counties Elementary schools. I have also assisted county middle and high school band programs.

Musical instruction on the saxophone to middle and high school age students and performance in faculty instrumental ensembles.
