There will be no school April 6-10th due to Spring Break. Have a FUN and SAFE Spring Break!


National Poetry Month

April is National Poetry Month! Hunter Hills Elementary will celebrate poetry month by hosting a Potato Poetry Contest. Each student will be asked to decorate a potato to look like a book character. The potato can be attached to a base if you want your potato to stand upright. For a complete entry, each student also has to complete the My Favorite Book Character: Poetry Frame (in your childs backpack! All potatoes will be displayed in the library. Judges will judge the potato book characters and pick a total of 5 winners. The winners will be rewarded with a Happy Meal! Completed potatoes and the poetry frame sheet will be due Monday, APRIL 20th!

MADCAP Theatre

MADCAP Theatre will be visiting Hunter Hills on Monday, March 23rd. They will be performing "once Upon a Clock" in the gym for Kindergarten - 2nd grade students. We look forward to their visit... pictures coming soon!
