Athletic Ticket Guidelines

Admission Guidelines for Fall Athletic Events

No General Admission Ticket Sales at Athletic Events

General admission ticket sales will only be provided to student-athletes in a limited capacity in efforts to maintain compliance with health and safety requirements from KHSAA, the KDE, and the State Department of Health.

As we prepare for the 2020-2021 athletic season at North Laurel Middle School, there are new guidelines for admitting fans into our home athletic events. The voucher process is to ensure that NLMS can control the number of fans allowed to safely attend our athletic events.  The process is as follows:

  • Each player, cheerleader, band member, dance team member, and coach will receive 4 “vouchers” to be given to the family members of their choice.
  • There will be no general admission to any athletic events at this time.
  • No passes of any type (coaches, officials, grandparents, etc.) will be accepted.
  • Masks/face coverings must be worn at all times, inside and outside, while on the campus of North Laurel Middle School.
  • Temperatures will be checked and symptoms will be screened before proceeding to the ticket booth.
  • Spectators will present the voucher at the screening site before proceeding to the ticket booth.
  • Make sure your voucher has the required information completed, such as name and phone number.  This is for contact tracing.
  • Adult tickets are $5.00. The exact amount of money is preferred.
  • Spectators must wear a mask at all times and be socially distanced from other spectators outside of your family unit. No tailgating.
  • Concessions may be sold, but ALL items must be pre-packaged before the sale.
  • At the end of the game, spectators/teams are expected to exit in a timely manner without congregating.
  • A copy of the guest ticket form will be sent to the visiting AD and Principal.  They are to give 4 to each player, coach, and administrative staff.
  • Media and essential game day operators will also be permitted, and will follow symptom check screening.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and adhering to the guidelines for safety of all in attendance!
