October 21 - 25 will be Red Ribbon Week at SLMS. Red Ribbon Week is an annual national campaign held in October to promote student awareness of the dangers of alcohol, drugs, and violence. Each day that week will feature a different theme and some of the top students from each team will be recognized.
Monday, October 21 - WEAR RED DAY (in support of pledging to be drug-free)
Tuesday, October 22 - CAMO DAY (be all you can be - join the fight against drugs)
Wednesday, October 23 - CRAZY SOCK DAY ("sock" it to drugs)
Thursday, October 24 - SUPER HERO DAY (wear your favorite super hero shirt and be a hero and say NO to drugs)
Friday, October 25 - SPIRIT DAY (wear South Laurel colors and let's team up against drugs)
