The Kentucky Directors of Pupil Personnel have designated Wednesday, September 13, as statewide High Attendance Day to emphasize that consistent attendance is essential for success in school!
Laurel County Public Schools are working hard on improving our district-wide attendance because we know that students who are at school on time have a higher success rate than those who are not at school.
On High Attendance Day, Laurel County Schools will have special activities, and many will have prizes!
