Newly enrolled Kindergarten students must be five
by August 1, 2026.
Kindergarten students must enroll in the school closest to their primary residence.
Documents required to complete Kindergarten Registration
Preventive Health Care Examination, completion date between August 2025 to present
Current KY Immunization Certificate (Required by state law)
Social Security Card
Copy of Birth Certificate
Current Dental Exam (Must be completed by January 1, 2027)
Current Vision Exam (Must be completed by January 1, 2027)
Proof of Residence
One of the following is accepted as proof of residence:
Current utility bill (water, gas, electricity)
Current lease agreement
Current SSI or other government check stub
