Senior Portrait Sign Up Information- FOR SLHS Seniors and their Parents Only
Senior Picture Day is August 21st, 22nd, and 25th. Before picture day, you must select an appointment slot (more on this later). You will need to provide the picture company with an OUT OF SCHOOL email address to which you AND your parents have easy access. This is where your senior proofs will be sent. If you mess this part up and you or your parents wonder later why you didn’t get proofs or how to order, that’s out of our hands because we won’t have access to the proofs, either. You will have three poses on picture day in the library: The traditional, formal tux/drape picture, cap & gown and a casual photo.
Cap and Gown Picture
A cap, gown, and tassel will be provided for the seniors. However, seniors may bring their own tassels if they have them.
Formal Pose
*Ladies - Wearing or bringing a strappy tank top will help you change for your drape picture. We will also have rooms available for you to change, but the strappy tank top makes everything more convenient.
* Gentlemen- A WHITE undershirt, or something similar that is light in color without a collar, will look best under the faux-tux top.
Casual Pose
Wear your favorite outfit! These will be used in the yearbook with your senior quote. It may be a full body shot, so be prepared.
How to Schedule an Appointment

*Review the information at the top of the sign-up page. Please read all the information and the click the link at the top of the signup genius page. Please note that a minimum $20 seating fee can be paid on the day of your pictures, which will go toward what you purchase when you purchase your proofs online. If you don’t pay a seating fee, the fee will be added once you order your pictures online. You must take seniors portraits, but you are not required to pay a seating fee.
*Scroll down to choose your preferred appointment date/time. Remember your daily schedule, such as CFI, SEEK, etc. You are responsible for figuring this part out. You will be excused from class for your appointment time, but not from CFI or SEEK.
*Click on Sign Up for the appointment you would like to schedule.
*Click Submit and Sign Up at the bottom of the page.
*Fill out your information on the next screen, then click Sign Up Now. (Please be sure to include a valid email address. This address will be used for appointment confirmation and proof delivery.)
Important Notes AGAIN:
•It must be a valid email address that is not a school email address and that you and your parents have access to.
•When selecting a time slot, consider your schedule and do not schedule a time you are not usually present at SLHS.
Once the three slots or six slots on Monday are filled each time, they are gone. If the only slots for when you are at SLHS are already taken, see us in the library for help.
