Congratulations to Mr. Cody Moore and the SLMS Mathcounts team for their performance at last weekend's Mathcounts competition. The team finished second overall and will advance to the state finals competition. The following team members also performed well in individual portions of the competition:
Cooper Robinson - 1st place overall which includes full tuition to Morehead State University and a $500 cashe scholarship from The Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers.
Lillie Queen - 1st place Countdown Round
Cooper Robinson - 2nd place Countdown Round
Colt Collins - 6th place overall (advances to state finals)
